Refund policy
At FurEverLoved, all our products are custom print-on-demand items made specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
We do accept returns/replacements for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Printing errors or quality issues
To request a replacement or refund: Contact us at team@fureverlovedco.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. No need to return the item.
Non-returnable situations:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Delays due to customs or shipping carriers
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason.
However, please note that as all FurEverLoved products are custom print-on-demand items made specifically for you, they are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive, as they are personalised goods.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed items, we will still arrange a free replacement or full refund regardless of your location.Customers who checked out with a phone number only (no email) cannot use the customer accounts link — they must use the return link in their SMS order confirmation.
